Our staff has traveled directly to the vineyards of Italy, witnessing the entire process from vine to bottle. We experience each wine’s individual aromas and taste, keeping in mind our evolving menu and elegant dishes, and we hand pick each wine on Bacco’s diverse wine list. As we offer the finest in true Italian cuisine, we also offer only the best in premium Italian wines.
We participate in seminars with the finest Italian wineries to educate ourselves on the intricacies of each bottle, and we bring that knowledge back to Bacco to share with our customers. Our experienced waitstaff can provide recommendations on the perfect wine to bring out our cuisine’s best flavors and tap into the pallets of each individual guest, making sure that what is in each glass is as outstanding as what is presented on each plate.
